FOOD FOR DISEASE PATIENTS SOUR VEIN


Cassava bowl Pearl

ingredients:
- 300g grated Cassava in
- 125g Coconut and a half old
- Sugar 150g finely minced red
- 25g flour in boiled sago pearls
- 150ml Water
- To taste Cooking oil for a spread

  Coconut Sauce:
- 2 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 250ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
- 1 pandan leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make:
1. Mix cassava, coconut, brown sugar, sago pearls, water, stirring until smooth.
2. Take the dough using a spoon to taste.
3. Put into a cake pan in a bowl that has been spread margarine, steamed until cooked.
4. For sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
5. Boil while in stir until boiling, then remove from heat.
6. Set the cake in the bowl, and eat with coconut milk sauce.
7. Make 10 servings.

MAKANAN UNTUK PENDERITA PENYAKIT ASAM URAT

Mangkuk Singkong Mutiara

Bahan:
- 300g Singkong di parut
- 125g Kelapa setengah tua
- 150g Gula merah di potong halus halus
- 25g Tepung sagu mutiara di rebus
- 150ml Air
- Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk olesan

Saus Santan:
- 2 Sendok makan tepung maizena
- 250ml Santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
- 1 lembar daun pandan
- 1/4 sendok teh garam

Cara Membuatnya:
1. Campur singkong,kelapa,gula merah,sagu mutiara,air, aduk sampai rata.
2. Ambil adonan secukupnya menggunakan sendok.
3. Masukan ke dalam cetakan kue mangkuk yang sudah di olesi margarin,kukus sampai matang.
4. Untuk saus,campurkan semua bahan saus lalu aduk  rata.
5. Rebus sambil di aduk hingga mendidih,kemudian angkat.
6. Atur kue di mangkuk,dan makan bersama saus santan.
7. Jadikan 10 porsi.
